We periodically verify accounts in order to protect the Capital One Shopping platform. If you are selected to link your credit card or bank account, you will see a prompt for “Additional Verification Required” and an option to select “Link Bank” when you navigate to your Gift Card Portal.
Within the subsequent flow, you will be asked to choose the financial institution with which you have an eligible consumer card or bank account from a library of partners.
Upon successful completion, your account will be verified.
