I have a Capital One Bank or Card account. Why can’t I successfully authenticate to Capital One Shopping using my Capital One account?

In order to authenticate into Capital One Shopping using your existing Capital One Bank or Card account, the primary email address on your Capital One account must match your Shopping email address. 

While we do not support email address changes to your Shopping account at this time, you may create a new Shopping account using the email address connected to your Capital One account to authenticate and bypass the Form W-9 submission process through TaxBandits.
