How do I earn a New Member Bonus of $10 in Shopping Credits on my first purchase?

Wikibuy is becoming Capital One Shopping!

Only new customers who make a purchase of $25 or more at a qualifying merchant within 30 days of joining Capital One Shopping are eligible to receive a New Member Bonus. Customers can only earn an additional $10 in Shopping Credits on their first purchase. All subsequent purchases will earn standard Capital One Shopping offer rates. We recommend downloading the Capital One Shopping extension to get the most up-to-date offers and details.

To earn the additional credits, simply click “Activate” on the extension notification that is available on a qualifying merchant site. See example below. Capital One Shopping must be activated before your purchase is made to earn credits. After thirty days, the redemption button will turn green and you can redeem your Shopping Credits for a gift card.

Bonus Offer Details: Earn an additional $10 in Shopping Credits as a New User Bonus when you complete a purchase of $25 or more at a qualifying merchant within 30 days of joining Capital One Shopping (a “Qualifying Bonus Purchase”). The New User Bonus is only available on your first purchase using Capital One Shopping. To earn an extra $10 in Shopping Credits on your first purchase, you must spend at least $25 at a merchant with a valid Capital One Shopping offer. Use of other coupons, cash back, or promotional websites after selecting an offer and before making a purchase will invalidate your New User Bonus. Shopping Credits earned through this offer are in addition to any Capital One Shopping Rewards regularly earned through the qualifying offer. After making a Qualifying Bonus Purchase, your Shopping Credits will not be redeemable for 30 days following the purchase date. If you return or cancel an otherwise Qualifying Bonus Purchase during the 30 days following the purchase date, you are not eligible for the $10 New User Bonus.
