Please follow one of the options below to toggle between subscribing and/or unsubscribing.
On the COS site:
- Click on Account Settings
- On the ‘Your Profile’ tab, scroll down to the Marketing Emails section to subscribe/unsubscribe
On the COS App:
- Click on More
- Click on Gift Card Purchases
- Click on Your Profile, then scroll down to the Marketing Emails section to subscribe/unsubscribe
You may still receive emails related to the servicing of your Capital One Shopping account; such as eGift card redemptions and confirmations of earned Shopping Rewards.
