Common reasons for not receiving a referral bonus may include, but are not limited to:
- The referred customer didn't sign up for Capital One Shopping through a referral link
- The referred customer is not a first time Capital One Shopping user
- The referred customer didn’t correctly install the Capital One Shopping desktop or mobile browser extension
- The referred customer uninstalled the extension or changed extension permissions during the 90-day period
- The referred customer did not verify their email address and/or phone number
- The referred customer did not use the extension regularly during the 90-day period
- The referrer has already reached their referral bonus limit for a referral period
- The referred customer or referrer engaged in conduct prohibited by the Terms of Service
