Some common reasons a referral bonus may be missing include:
- The referred customer didn't sign up for Capital One Shopping through a referral link
- The referred customer didn’t install the Capital One Shopping browser extension within 7 days of signing up
- The referred customer didn’t install the Capital One Shopping browser extension on their primary browser
- The referred customer installed the Capital One Shopping browser extension on a device in which it was previously installed
- The referred customer didn’t allow full permissions on the Capital One Shopping browser extension for the full 90-day period
- The referred customer uninstalled the Capital One Shopping browser extension
- The referred customer didn’t regularly use the Capital One Shopping extension over the 90-day period
- The referred customer uninstalled or changed the extension permissions during the 90 day trial period
- The referred customer has previously created another Capital One Shopping account
- The current customer has already reached their referral bonus limit
- The referred or current customer engaged in conduct prohibited by the Terms of Service
- It hasn’t been 14 days since both the referred and current customer completed all program requirements
