Disable Capital One Shopping

Follow the steps corresponding to your specific browser type to disable Capital One Shopping.

Google Chrome:

1. Right-click the Capital One Shopping icon located at the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.
2. Click "Manage Extensions".
3. Uncheck the "Enabled" option next to Capital One Shopping.
4. When you’re ready to use Capital One Shopping again, simply repeat these steps and check the “Enabled” option.

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click the icon on the top-right of the browser.
2. Select "Add-ons" and click "Extensions" from the list on the left.
3. Click "Disable".

 Safari*:

1. Choose Preferences from the Safari menu, then click Extensions.
2. Select an extension from the list.
3. Turn off the extension by deselecting the Enable checkbox.

*Please note - the Safari extension is not currently available for download outside of the U.S. and Canada.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Select More (...) to open the menu.
3. Select Extensions from the menu.
4. Right-click the extension and click "Turn off".
