To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Go to the Capital One Shopping sign in page.
- Click the "Forgot Password" button.
Enter the email address associated with your Capital One Shopping account and click "Reset Password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
If you need to update your password for any reason:
- Log in to your Capital One Shopping account. Click your name at the top-right corner of the page and select "Account Settings"
- On "Your Profile" page, scroll down to the bottom where it says "Password" and click "Change"
- Enter your current and new password in the appropriate fields, then click the "Change Password" button.
Keep in mind, password requirements are as follows:
- between 8 and 64 characters long
- contain at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
- contain at least 1 special character (ie. !()@#$%^&*)
- not repeat the same character more than twice
- not be similar to your email address
