- Shopping Rewards generally take a few days to appear as pending in your My Rewards & Savings after making an eligible purchase. This allows retailers time to verify purchase eligibility and to share that information with us.
- For travel sites (flights, hotels, rental cars) Shopping rewards should be paid out 60-90 days after travel has been completed.

Do you have another shopping extension active on your browser?
Using other shopping extensions or promo codes found on other sites may interfere with earning Shopping Rewards. Disable any other rewards extensions before activating Capital One Shopping. If another program interferes, we can’t confirm your purchase or adjust Shopping Rewards afterward.
Are you logged into your Capital One Shopping account?
If you have multiple Capital One Shopping accounts, there’s a possibility your Shopping Rewards are pending there. To view the email address associated with your Capital One Shopping account, click on the "Account Settings" page on desktop, or the "More" page on the mobile app.
Tips to successfully earn Shopping Rewards:

- Disable other shopping extensions before activating Capital One Shopping. If another program interferes, we can’t confirm your purchase or adjust Shopping Rewards afterward.
- When you activate the Capital One Shopping extension or mobile app, stay on the page until you finish your purchase- leaving or switching apps during the checkout process may cause you to miss out on Shopping Rewards.
